This Head Extreme racquet was in need of some TLC, so a set of Red Elite power string was installed, complete with a colour coded yellow Babolat grip.

This Babolat tennis racquet was in need of a makeover!
A fresh new Babolat grip and some Head RIP Control multifilament tennis string certainly did the trick!

You can polish a turd!!
This racquet came out of a loft where it hadn't been used for 35 years!
The protective head tape had welded itself to the frame and the grip disintegated while removing!
After over an hour with some nail polish remover to remove the head tape, and some care given after removing the grip, the racquet was restrung with Prince Synthetic Gut, regripped with a Head Full Leather Replacement Grip and the stencil reapplied.
From chalk to cheese in about two hours!

This racquet just needed a few chips touched in with my daughter's nail varnish, followed by a colour-coded restring and a contrasting grip. Looked like new.

A well looked after, but tired looking frame that just needed a fresh new grip and a colour coded restring! Back to looking brand new!

A new set of strings and a nice new grip was all that was needed to make this racquet look and feel human again!

This has to be my favourite project so far. Found on an auction site with minimal wear to the frame, and had the original grip still on it; albeit very worn out.
A Fairway Black Leather grip was applied followed by a comlpete restring in Wilson Sensation, and by adding the Dunlop stencil to the strings, made this iconic racquet look like a show piece again.

This is an all too familiar sight in The Stringing Room!
Having a grommet get brittle and break means that when your strings move, they rub against the sharp edge of the frame, where the hole has been drilled, and snap!!
With the aid of my RAB grommet grinder, I was able to pull out the base of the grommet left inside the frame, bore out the remnance left from the other side and insert a fresh single grommet.
The grommet was then cut to the correct length and the racquet was restrung.
You'd only know of the repair if you got close to it, and knew what you were looking for.
This small procedure came at NO COST to the customer, and he went away happy knowing that his racquet had been well looked after, and his stringer had gone that extra mile.

If you need your grip enlarged, this is the process.
I am highly skilled in grip enlargement, and am tasked with completing this process on a weekly basis, so your racquet will be placed in good hands.

A well overdue grip change!
The original grip was removed and the pallet was cleaned.
The new grip was applied as per factory method and ready for some trouble free tennis.
